When acknowledgement of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a “confirmation of order”. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Delivery:
The cost of delivery as stated on your order. We normally use ROYAL MAIL, however this may sometimes differ and announced. CURRENTLY WE ONLY DELIVER TO MAINLAND UK.
If you are unavailable to take delivery of your order then you can request that it is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. However, we regret that we can accept no responsibility for subsequent damage that may occur, once the order has been left at the delivery address.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy:
Returns: If order(s) is broken or spoiled when it is delivered then you should notify us as soon as possible or in any case within 7 days of delivery, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid. You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected items. You can notify us by email on shop@pedalpower.org.uk by post by writing to Pedal Power, 13 Main Street, West Calder, West Lothian EH55 8BY. All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 30 days of you notifying us, providing that the merchandise has been returned to us AND must be in their original packaging to prevent any further damage. Refunds do not include the original cost of shipping.

Cancellations:
You can cancel an order at any time up to 7 days from the date of delivery as long as the items remain intact by contacting us via email on shop@pedalpower.org.uk or by post by writing to Pedal Power, 13 Main Street, West Calder, West Lothian EH55 8BY. You will have responsibility for looking after the items until we collect it, we will reimburse the price of the items within 30 days from the date of which you inform us that wish to cancel the order, provided that the order has been collected by the courier.
Availability:
Unfortunately from time to time items may become unavailable, we will do our best to minimise this occurrence however if it should happen then we will contact you to suggest an appropriate alternative, please note that we will not charge you until the order is ready to be dispatched.
Price & Payment:
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. Our prices include value added tax, and duty unless otherwise specified. Any delivery charges are additional. We accept payment by PAYPAL through which the following payment streams can be used – Mastercard, Maestro, Direct Debit, Visa and Visa Electron. Payment for goods is in advance only, however, we only charge once an order is ready to dispatch.
Security:
We utilise secure servers and secure socket layer technology for the transfer of credit card details, we will continue to implement the latest technology as it becomes available to guarantee our customers peace of mind and safe shopping. There are also security measures in place to protect our customer database and access to it is restricted within the company.
Privacy Policy:
We can appreciate the frustration of unsolicited mail, so under no circumstances will we pass on any of our valued clients details with out their permission. However, where we feel that we have a genuine offer or a piece of news, we will let our customers know.
